To celebrate the VIII Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, we warmly invite you to join us for a fun, informative and delicious night on Tuesday 14 November at 6pm at I Maccheroni.
Restaurant owner Marcello Farioli will give a special talk on the evolution of modern Italian cuisine and how it combines the maintaining of tradition with the requirements of a continually evolving consumer. Marcello will also tell us about his own experience as a restaurateur in Sydney, his studies at ALMA, the most authoritative center for high education in Italian Cuisine and Hospitality internationally, and his working experience with 5-star Italian chefs.
